R80.40 Public EA is available
Check Point launched the Public Early Availability (EA) program yesterday for it’s upcoming release R80.40. The new minor release is expected in Q1 2020. The Production EA was announced in September. Details about R80.40 EA can be found here.
Public EA
The Public EA program is intended for lab and sandbox deployments only. An upgrade from Public EA to GA is not supported. To register for the Public EA you can do this via either User Center or PartnerMAP which are both accessible here.

What to expect when registered? You will have access to the R80.40 EA ISO, CPUSE offline upgrade packages, the R80.40 EA Release Notes, Migration tools and a new R80.40 EA SmartConsole.
Don’t forget to give feedback to the Public EA Team once you’ve signed up and tested the Public EA R80.40 in your lab.
