Updatable SmartConsole
No more uninstalling and reinstalling a new build of your R80.x SmartConsole. Local admin permissions are not required for automatic updates.
Change Report
With this new report you will be able to see all changes before publishing or installing a policy. You will also be able to see changes made in a public or private session. Detailed information will be listed about the changes in the policy and its objects.
Granular domain backup and migration
When you have a MDS (Multi-Domain Server or formerly known as Provider-1) you will be able to backup a single domain and restore it later. You also can migrate a single domain to another MDS. Furthermore you can gradually migrate your MDS to a new version by migrating individual domains. Last but not least you can migrate a SMS (Security Management Server of SmartCenter) to a MDS or even vice-versa. This last option is very interesting for companies that need to move a single domain (DMS) from a MDS to a SMS.
Revert to previous revision
At this moment you can revert the policy but the management configuration remains the same. This will change in the near future.
